I loved exploring Betty Virginia Park, which is just under 2 km away, perfect for a nice walk to enjoy nature, and it was great to discover the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium about 3 km away for some local culture and music events during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay near all the action, especially loved visiting the Diamond Jacks Casino. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel was pet-friendly, which made traveling with our furry friends a breeze.

My kids wished there were better cleaning protocols, especially in the common areas. Also, more variety at breakfast would be great.

To top it off, some room maintenance issues, like a funky odor in the bathroom and inconsistent water pressure in the shower, made the overall experience less than stellar.
